Sub: Review of orders of deemed suspension - reg.

Attention is invited to para 4 of Board's letter No. E(D&A)2014RG6-35 dated 18.02.2015 advising that in cases of deemed suspension under sub rule (2) of rule 5 of Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1968, the period of 90 days laid down for reviewing the said suspension will be counted from the date the Railway Servant was released from detention.

Complaints regarding non-compliance of Board's letter No. 2022/E(W)/01/02/5 dated 03.02.2023 in issuing Post Retirement Complimentary Passes (PRCP)/Widow Passes (WP).

Sub: Payment of allowances to supervisors upgraded through RBE 155/2022-clarification reg.

Vide Board's orders bearing RBE 155/2022, supervisors of 46 categories in substantive Pay Level-7 were granted a two stage upgradation wherein 50% of posts in Level-7 were upgraded to Level-8 and the personnel receiving such upgradation would be further upgraded to Level-9 on non-functional basis after 4 years of service in Level-8.
