Sub: Scale of electrical fittings for the existing staff quarters-Standardization thereof.
Ref: i) Board's letter no. 2013/LMB/10/15 dated 11.12.2013.
ii) Board's letter no. 2006/Elect(G)/180/11/Pt. dated 21.06.2016.
iii) Board's letter No.2021/EEM/180/11 dated 09.11.2021.
Please refer to above mentioned Board's letter dated 09.11.2021 (Ref.-ii) wherein revised scale of electrical fittings for the existing staff quarters had been advised to Railways/PUs.
2. In supersession of the letter under reference above, it has been decided that the revised scale of electrical fittings for the existing staff quarters shall be as per details enclosed in Annexure. These guidelines will be applicable for all the existing staff quarters. However, revised scale of fittings for existing quarters should be provided when re-wiring of a quarter is being undertaken.
3. This letter supersedes all the earlier instructions issued on the subject.
This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate and approval of Board
(M/T&RS).
