Regarding Revision of monitory ceiling limit for stationary and mobile non-commercial staff

Sub:- Revision of monitory ceiling limit for stationary and mobile non-commercial staff.

Ref:- Rly. Board's Commercial Circular No.65 of 2013 dated 17.10.2013.

Reference above mentioned Commercial Circular wherein monetary ceiling limit has been increased from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 750/- for stationary commercial staff and from Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2,000/- for mobile commercial staff with immediate effect. Board has also decided that this increase in monetary ceiling limit will also be applicable for stationary and mobile staff of non-Commercial Staff category like Guard, Assistant Guard, Coach Attendant, Station Master, Assistant Station Master (doing Commercial work/duty with cash transactions) & Markmen.

2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.

3. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately.
