Sub: Correction Slip No. 7 of Establishment Manual, 2019.

Please find enclosed herewith Correction Slip No. 7 to the RPF Establishment Manual, 2019, regarding substitution of the existing Chapter X with the Revised Chapter X in the RPF Establishment Manual, 2019 and further, sub-para 8.1(a), 8.1(a)(i) and 8.1(a)(iii) of Para 8 of the Revised Chapter-X have also been amended, which are self explanatory.

This is for information and necessary action please.

CORRECTION SLIP-7

Subject: Revision and amendments in Chapter-X (Operation of Special Wing).

I Existing Chapter-X (Operation of Special Wing) of RPF Establishment Manual, 2019 stands substituted with the Revised Chapter-X.

II Further sub-para 8.1(a), 8.1(a)(i) and 8.1(a)(iii) of Para-8 of the Revised Chapter-X, have been amended as follows:

PCSC will shortlist candidates at least 3 times the number of vacancies in each rank in SW of the concerned Zone. Existing Provision of sub para 8.1 (a)(i) of Para-8 of Revised Chapter-X of RPF Establishment Manual, 2019.Amended Provision of sub-para 8.1 (a)(i) of Para-8 of Revised Chapter-X of RPF Establishment Manual, 2019.
The minimum length of service to be eligible to be shortlisted for screening against a vacancy in SW will be TWO (02) years after completion of Initial training for direct recruits in Constable/Sub-Inspector.The minimum length of service and experience to be eligible to be shortlisted for screening against a vacancy in SW will be Five (05) years of working in RPF Post/Out-Posts.

Existing Provision of sub-para 8.1 (a)(iii) of Para-8 of Revised Chapter-X of RPF Establishment Manual, 2019.Amended Provision of sub-para 8.1 (a)(iii) of Para-8 of Revised Chapter-X of RPF Establishment Manual, 2019.
The shortlisted candidates should be free from DAR proceedings/vigilance/Criminal cases and should not be undergoing any penalty. They should have clean record of service for the past 10 years. If service length of the applicant is less than 10 years, then he/she should have clean record for his Entire Service.The shortlisted candidates should be free from DAR proceedings/Vigilance/Criminal cases and should not be undergoing any penalty and involved in any activities of moral turpitude in past or present.
