During the checks conducted by Vigilance Directorate, certain issues concerning roster duty of ticket checking staff have come to notice. After examining the issues, the following suggestions have been put forward:-

CRIS has launched beta version of the Super App - SwaRail on 31-01-2025 at 7:30 AM, which is an official mobile application for railway ticket booking (reserved, unreserved and platform tickets), train enquiry, ordering food, complaint services etc. More than 80 thousand users have downloaded the SwaRail App and are using the same.
