Sub: Change in the colour of Uniform of C&W Staff.

Ref: Board's letter No. E(W)2008/UN-1/10 dated 04.05.2009.

The demand for change in colour of Uniform of Carriage & Wagon (C&W) Staff has been examined in Board's office and it has been decided by the Competent Authority that the colour of Uniform of C&W Staff should be changed to Sky Blue Shirt and Navy Blue Pant in replacement of the existing colour scheme.

2. These instructions shall take effect from 01.07.2025 as Uniform Allowance is credited to the salary of entitled employees in the month of July.

3. This issues in consultation with the Mechanical Directorate of Railway Board.
