Sub: Sensitive Posts in Gazetted and Non-Gazetted Cadre of Traffic Transportation and Commercial Department

The nature of work of Secy to PCOM and Secy to PCCM in the Zonal Headquarters are sensitive in nature and the officers posted against these posts should be of impeccable integrity. The total tenure of such officers should be limited to 3 years. Likewise, Non-Gazetted staff working (formally or informally) as Traffic Inspector to PCOM and Commercial Inspector to PCCM, who assist in important matters should also be rotated.

The Non-Gazetted staff working (formally or informally) as Traffic Inspector to SrDOM and Commercial Inspector to SrDCM in the divisions, who assist in important matters, should also be rotated and the tenure should be limited to 3 years. The staff posted as PS to SrDOM, PS to SrDCM should also be rotated.

Necessary changes in this regard may be brought about by 30th April, 2025.

This issues with the approval of Cadre Controlling Authority and Board [Member(O&BD)].
