Sub: Compliance of existing provisions of Leave Reserve.

Ref: General Secretary, All India Guards Council's Letter No. AIGC/GS/Admn/2023/02 dated 31.05.2023. 

A grievance received on CPGRAMS portal & under ref. alleging irregularities in compliance of provisions of Leave Reserve in respect of the category of Train Managers (Guards) on Zonal Railways, has been examined in Board's office. In this regard, all Zonal Railways may please ensure that guidelines/instructions regarding Leave Reserve contained in 'Master Circular No.41 on Leave Reserve-Provision in Non-gazetted Categories' issued by Board may strictly be adhered to.
